Commissioner The Commissioner provides leadership to direct and moderate all catechetical activities in the Archdiocese. Representing the Archbishop of Manila who is “Vicar of Christ” in his particular Church, he inspires, motivates, encourages, and supports all catechetical personnel thereby directing them to the accomplishment of the mission entrusted to them by the Church. He works towards the collaboration with other institutions on all levels for systematic approach to the catechetical process where institutions help each other towards one vision of evangelization. |

Administrative Council The Catechetical Foundation of the Archdiocese of Manila (CFAM) is governed by an Administrative Council which oversees its overall affairs. It shall formulate policies and give direction to the Archdiocesan Catechetical Ministry. The Administrative Council is composed of Priests Directors of the different Diocesan Catechetical Ministry, Commissioners for Finance, Human Resource Development, Formation, Ministry Assistants and Coordinators. The Administrative Council is headed by the CFAM Commissioner. |

Executive Secretary/ Ministry Coordinator The Executive Secretary/ Ministry Coordinator heads the Secretariat in the proper and prompt implementation of all resolutions passed by the General Assembly and Administrative Council, disseminates information and maintains a record system for easy retrieval, restoration and utilization of data. As Archdiocesan Ministry Coordinator he/she monitors and coordinates the programs and activities of the different Commissions and conducts periodic evaluation of programs and policies being implemented. |

Human Resource Development Commission The Human Resource Development Commission is in charge of systematizing and improving the different personnel functions of the Catechetical Foundation of the Archdiocese of Manila. Its main task is the supervision of the implementation of the Norms and Policies of the Catechetical Foundation of the Archdiocese of Manila. It shall be composed of the Human Resource Development Commissioner, the Ministry Assistant for Human Resource Development and Coordinators in charge of Human Resource Development of the different Diocesan Catechetical Ministry. |

Formation Commission The Formation Commission is responsible for the holistic and systematic formation program of Archdiocesan Catechetical Ministry. It shall undertake evaluation and upgrading of formation programs. It shall be composed of the Formation Commissioner, the Program Director of Institute of Catechetics in the Archdiocese of Manila, and the Ministry Assistant for Formation and Coordinators in charge of Formation of the different Diocesan Catechetical Ministry. |

Finance Commission The Finance Commission is responsible for all financial affairs. It is tasked to address the financial needs of the Catechetical Foundation of the Archdiocese of Manila and its various members as well as all its personnel. It is also in-charge of formulating and implementing financial policies as approved by the Administrative Council. It shall be composed of the Finance Commissioner, the Ministry Assistant for Finance and the Coordinators in charge of Finance from the different Diocesan Catechetical Ministry, and a lay benefactor/collaborator duly appointed by the CFAM Commissioner. |

Youth Commission Youth Commission looks into the formation and training of catechist youth animators. It prepares a thorough program for Youth Ministry which aims to form Christian Leaders by giving them opportunity to deepen their spirituality into service and worship and enhance their skills in peer ministry. It shall be composed of the Youth Commissioner, the Ministry Assistant for Youth and the Youth Animators from the different Diocesan Catechetical Ministry. |

The Commission on Volunteer Catechists The Commission on Volunteer Catechists is responsible for the continued development of a comprehensive catechetical program for volunteer catechists. It provides overall direction of the catechetical activities, including the arrangement of schedules, recruitment and training of volunteer catechists. It shall be composed of the Commissioner for the Volunteer Catechists, the Ministry Assistant for Volunteer Catechists and the Coordinators in charge of the Volunteer Catechists from the different Diocesan Catechetical Ministry. |

Research Commission The Research Commission promotes study, research and planning activities in the field of catechesis. It fosters development and publications of instructional catechetical materials and worksheets. It also offers a forum for catechists to share, reflect upon and study relevant catechetical issues through newsletters and other means. |
